OLPP has been operating since 1997. It is now the leading Polish company that specialises in storage and transhipment of liquid fuels. OLPP stores fuels intended for on-going distribution, and maintains statutory emergency stocks and strategic national reserve stocks of liquid fuels.

100% of shares in OLPP are vested in PERN "Przyjaźń" SA.

OLPP, with registered place of business in Płock, ul. Otolińska 21, 09 407 Płock, was entered in the National Court Registry (KRS) kept by the District Court of the Capital City of Warsaw under the number 0000087428, Tax Identification Number NIP: 526-18-05-923, National Business Registry Number REGON: 012667887 and initial capital of PLN 345,739,000.00.

OLPP is a licensed company that was authorised to store liquid fuels by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, as well as a licensed producer and trader of liquid fuels.
