Mission
The mission of OLPP is to consolidate its leading position on the competitive market of comprehensive storage, transhipment and transfer services of petroleum products, providing all entities with equal access to best quality services that reflect the principles of Poland's energy security and environmental protection
Goals
OLPP is focused on developing an independent, comprehensive and integrated logistics system for fuel market in Poland in order to guarantee improved energy security as well as stability and competitiveness of the fuel market.
OLPP intends to establish:
- strategic national fuel reserve stocks corresponding to the standards set out by the EU and the International Energy Agency,
- stability of the Polish fuel market,
- equal access to fuel storage and transhipment infrastructure for all market operators,
- best quality logistics services for the fuel market.
Strategy
The strategy of OLPP consists in the implementation of activities aimed at:
- optimizing the utilization of the existing fuel storage capacities,
- extending fuel storage infrastructure with new storage capacities,
- development of a nationwide network of accredited laboratories,
- gaining a significant share in the market of biofuel production and storage,
- diversification of order books.
